Founded in 1987, Columbia Festival of the Arts is Howard County’s largest ongoing arts event. In 2015, the Festival shifted focus from a 2 week-long summer festival to four weekend-long arts festivals throughout the year to provide the community with “Arts for Every Season”. These celebrations feature world-class performances, exhibitions, concerts, music, theatre, family activities, master classes, workshops and community dialogues.
